Redmond Police Chief Devin Lewis swore in three department employees August 29 after each of them were promoted to new positions.

Jesse Petersen was promoted to captain, Steven Binstock was promoted to lieutenant, and Jered Kirk was promoted to sergeant.

Each individual demonstrates exceptional leadership characteristics and the department is very excited to see them help the department grow, said Lewis.
