Pre-K Gymnastics: For ages 3-5. The program introduces basic movements and body positions and includes a mini obstacle course and lots of running, jumping and rolling.

Classes are taught in our full-service gymnastics facility with trained instructors who specialize in this age group. Session 2 takes place 11 to 11:45 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays from Feb. 1 to Feb. 24 at the Redmond Gymnastics Academy. The cost is $39 for Mondays only and $78 for Mondays and Wednesdays. Free running: For ages 6-18. Take part in free running, a form of urban acrobatics in which participants use the city and rural landscape to perform movements through its structures. It incorporates efficient movements from parkour and adds aesthetic vaults and other acrobatics, such as tricking and street stunts. Redmond Gymnastics Academy teaches parts of these movements, including tumbling moves. Classes for ages 6 to 10 are from 5 to 6 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays Feb. 1 to Feb. 24, costing $49 for Mondays only and $89 for Mondays and Wednesdays. Classes for ages 11-18 are from 6 to 7 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays from Feb. 1 to Feb. 24, costing $119. Classes for both age groups are at Redmond Gymnastics Academy. Beginning gymnastics for girls: For ages 6-12. Children will learn body positions, stretching and basic tumbling skills. A tumbling trampoline and foam pits are also used as training tools for some events. Classes are from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays from Feb. 2 to Feb. 24. The cost is $89. Coed beginning power tumbling: The class focuses on flipping and tumbling skills. It uses Tumbl Trak, a 60-foot-long trampoline, as well as spring floors and foam pits. Students will learn multiple skills leading up to front and back flips with safe air sense and landings. Classes are from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays Feb. 2 to Feb. 25 at Redmond Gymnastics Academy. The cost is $49 for Tuesdays only and $89 for Tuesdays and Thursdays.
