About Cart: All authentic Thai food. Their manager Marcos says the cart has “arguably the best Thai tea I’ve had.” Their truck also offers both Thai iced coffee and tea.
Your first order should be: Marcos recommends the crispy garlic chicken. He said it is a top seller and fan favorite. The entree is fried chicken pieces tossed in homemade honey garlic sauce, which is then topped with crispy basil leaves.
Fun fact: This truck was originally located in Tumalo but just this month moved its location to Redmond and General Duffy’s. The truck has been in operation for more than 3 years now and they have no sign of slowing down. “We have two trucks, but we plan on having more.” says Marcos. The owners also own Noi Thai in Bend as well as their two food trucks. Marcos said their goal is “to try to get as many people as possible just to indulge in Thai food.”
