First order should be: Colley recommends his two favorites, the first being the Hearty Hawaiian. That pizza is made with a habanero pineapple BBQ sauce and topped with Canadian bacon, pepperoni, sausage, red onion, pineapple and cilantro. The second is called the Chicken Choke, with base of basil pesto, topped with chicken, artichoke hearts and spinach.
Fun Fact: The businesses was started by Colley and his wife. They started under the name of Wubba’s Pizza Shack, but in 2017 they upgraded their truck and gave it their own name. Colley and his friends had long been working on how to get pizza dough just right. He said that “trying to figure out how to make it work for a food truck” took a lot of experimentation. Before getting into restaurant work, Colley had worked at Trader Joe’s for 13 years. He wanted to try something on his own and try something new.
