Summit Health will open a new specialty and surgery clinic in north Redmond.

The 6,000-square-foot clinic, located at 1001 NW Canal Boulevard, will expand Summit Health’s services in Redmond by offering patients in Jefferson, Crook and northern Deschutes County expanded healthcare services just off Highway 97.

It is expected to open Monday, June 19 with regular clinic hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday through Friday. The old location, 865 SW Veterans Way, will close June 16. All specialty and surgical departments will move to the new, larger building.

The new Summit Health Specialty clinic location will offer increased access for cardiology, pulmonary, nephrology, rheumatology, neurology, neurosurgery, pain management, podiatry, ophthalmology and optometry services in Redmond.

According to the company, Summit Health is also considering expanding services for patients requiring same day procedures in Redmond.

The clinic is located just blocks away from Summit Health’s current urology practice on 4th Street and its recently opened urgent and primary care, laboratory and imaging building on NW Larch. The new location will more than double the current specialty footprint in Redmond.
