Mosaic Community Health, a local nonprofit community health center, has announced a rebranding effort that includes an updated name, mission, vision and values to better reflect the full range of services it provides.

Formerly known as Mosaic Medical, the organization has expanded to over a dozen sites in Bend, Redmond, Madras and Prineville, and now offers a comprehensive range of services that includes medical care, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, nutrition and assistance with accessing health insurance and other basic needs.

According to the company, the new name, Mosaic Community Health, was chosen to better align with the organization’s commitment to serving the local community, and the new mission, vision and values were developed with input from staff and community partners.
