Charlotte Brady, 69

of Bend, OR

Charlotte passed away on May 30 in Portland, OR after a battle with cancer.

Charlotte was born Eleanor Charlotte Pool on July 15, 1954 in Starkville, Mississippi to Calvin and Frances (Crain) Pool. Her family settled in Longview, Texas in 1959.

A vibrant soul, Charlotte’s kindness and strength inspired those who knew her. Her life was marked by her artistic pursuits, community involvement, and a love for the outdoors. 

Charlotte is survived by her husband Randall Brady, daughters Kate (Vaughan) Mann, Sarah (Vaughan) Cook, Mackenzie May, Anna (Weller) Espe, and Maggie (Weller) McCarty, grandchildren Grace, Miles, Elliot, Charlotte, Elijah, and Harrison, and siblings Frank, Bryan, Janet, Beth, and Cecilia. She also leaves behind Randy’s children, Ward and Julia, and granddaughter Sophia. 

A celebration of life will be held at First Presbyterian Church of Bend, 230 NE 9th Street on July 13 at 11 a.m.
