In the mood for coffee, beer, and gelato?

This summer, you’ll be able to indulge in all three in one Redmond location — the new multi-use Westmount development near Ridgeview High School.

Located at 4270 SW Canal Blvd., Sunriver Brewing plans to open a brewpub at the newly constructed building in June.

Once summer arrives, Sunriver will join other tenants already operating at Westmount, including Backporch Coffee, Bonta Gelato, Sullivan Orthodontics and Redbird Physio.

Except for Redbird, the other tenants made Westmount their first Redmond location.

The Sunriver Brewing pub will include a contemporary beer hall layout with different seating options and an open space with floor to ceiling windows. It will also include a large outdoor beer garden and patio with a fire pit, as well as access to the building’s roof — which offers panoramic views of the Cascades.

An exact opening date has not yet been set, though the company is aiming for June.

The Westmount is not just retail space, however. The building’s third and fourth floors include upscale, luxury condos. Those condos are available for lease and residents always have access to the rooftop and its views views.

Compass Commercial broker Bruce Churchill said he was proud of the quick success of the long-awaited Westmount project.
