Two teens were superficially wounded early Sunday morning following a shooting at the top of the Centennial Parking Garage in downtown Bend.
Responding officers from the Bend Police Department determined that the two injured teens — one 18-year-old and one 17-year-old — were hanging out next to their vehicle at the top of the parking garage when a red Dodge Challenger pulled up to the side of their vehicle.
A passenger inside the Challenger then allegedly discharged a round from a shotgun, and projectiles from the round hit the two teens.
On Monday morning, Bend Police arrested 18-year-old Genesis Zuniga Garcia of Terrebonne on suspicion of two counts of fourth-degree assault, two counts of recklessly endangering another person and one count of unlawful use of a weapon.
No weapon had been recovered as of Monday afternoon.
