Shepherd’s House Ministries, a basic needs nonprofit in Central Oregon, is seeking donations from the community to provide a Thanksgiving meal for people in need.

Shepherd’s House will serve a Thanksgiving meal on Wednesday, Nov. 27, the day before Thanksgiving, at its shelters in Bend and Redmond. The nonprofit needs turkeys, green beans, yams, apple pie, pumpkin pie, carrots, celery, butter, potatoes and stuffing mix.

“This event is more than just a meal; it’s an opportunity to share hope, love, and community with our neighbors,” Executive Director Curt Floski said in a news release. “We are incredibly grateful for the generosity of the Central Oregon community in helping us make this possible year after year.”
