Numerous road closures in the coming weeks

- Road closures around Redmond will start end of August to Sept. 19
Numerous roads will be fully closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the next coming weeks.
Tri County Paving is working on local roads from the end of August to Sept. 20. The roads will be full street closures with local access only. Most closures are due to grinding and paving operations.
Northwest Quince Avenue from Northwest Sixth Street to Northwest Seventh Street will be closed Sept. 9 for paving and Sept. 16 for loops, meaning installing traffic detectors into the pavement. The detour is Northwest Sixth Street to Maple Avenue to Northwest Ninth Street or 10th Street.
Maple Avenue from Northeast Fifth Street to Northwest Sixth Street on Aug. 28 for grinding, Sept. 4 and Sept. 5 for paving and Sept. 11 through Sept. 13 for bridge joint construction. The alternative route is Northwest Sixth Street to Northwest King Way to Northeast Fifth Street.
Northwest Jackson Pine Avenue from Northwest Sixth Street to Northwest Canyon Drive will be closed on Aug. 28 for grinding and Sept. 6 for paving. Drivers can take Northwest Sixth Street to Northwest Hemlock Avenue to Northwest Seventh Street as a detour.
Southwest Canal Boulevard from Veterans Way to Southwest Juniper Avenue will be closed Aug. 28 for grinding and Sept. 9 for paving. The detour is Southwest Volcano Avenue to Southwest Kalama Avenue or Southwest Indian Avenue.
Southwest Canal Boulevard from Southwest Timber Avenue to Southwest Salmon Avenue is closed Aug. 28 for grinding and Sept. 10 for paving. Drivers can take Southwest Volcano Avenue to Southwest 27th Street to Southwest Quartz Avenue.
Southwest 26th Street is closed from Southwest Timber Avenue to house number 2354 on Aug. 29 for grinding and paving on Sept. 10. The detour is Southwest Timber Avenue to Southwest 25th Street to Southwest Salmon Avenue.
Southwest 31st Street from Southwest Volcano Avenue to Southwest Umatilla Avenue on Aug. 29 for grinding and Sept. 10 for paving. The alternative route is Southwest Volcano Avenue to Southwest 32nd Street to Southwest Umatilla Avenue.
Southwest 35th Street and Southwest Juniper Avenue will be closed from Sept. 3 to Sept. 20 for utility work starting at 7 a.m. Information on local access is not available at this time. Detour routes are Southwest Kalama Avenue and Southwest Indian Avenue via Southwest 33rd Street.
Businesses along Southwest Canal Boulevard from Veterans Way to Southwest Juniper Avenue can be accessed during construction.
