Ironside Storage opened a new self storage facility in Redmond on May 17.

The facility, located at 2260 SW 6th St near Redmond Airport, has 549 storage units spread across 79,198 square feet.

It also has 24-hour surveillance cameras, gated access, and personalized entry codes. The facility also offers U-Haul truck rentals as a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer. Ironside also utilizes both an online and mobile interface.

District manager Paul Beyer said he looked forward to growing business at the new location, the first for Ironside in Central Oregon.

“We’re here to serve and grow with the Redmond community,” said Beyer.

The facility was designed by Michigan-based Designhaus Architects and developed by BECON Civil Engineering & Land Surveying, based in Bend. Uprite Construction built the facility.

The operations will be managed by West Coast Self-Storage Group, headquartered in Everett, Washington.
