Big names in lineup for first FairWell Festival in Redmond

A three-day music festival featuring Willie Nelson and some of the biggest names in country, rock and blues will touch down in Redmond in July.
Held at the Deschutes County Fair & Expo in Redmond, the new FairWell Festival will feature more than 36 country, rock and blues artists on three stages, including several big names familiar to Central Oregon music lovers.
The inaugural FairWell Festival will be July 21-23. The Turnpike Troubadours headline on Friday, July 21, Zach Bryan headlines Saturday, July 22, and Willie Nelson & Family take the top stage for the finale on Sunday, July 23.

The rest of the lineup includes Gary Clark Jr., Sheryl Crow, Mt. Joy, Morgan Wade, Trampled By Turtles, Yola, Band of Horses, Luke Grimes, Charley Crockett, The Infamous Stringdusters, Amigo the Devil, Shane Smith & the Saints, Caitlin Rose and more.

The festival will sell one-day and three-day tickets at various levels, from general admission to “platinum” tickets. General admission tickets start at $199 for a three-day pass, VIP tickets will cost $600 and platinum tickets will set you back $1,500.
Tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. March 16 at fairwellfestival.com/tickets. C3 Presents is the festival organizer. C3 organizes some of the largest national festivals, including Lollapalooza.
Fairgrounds director Geoff Hinds said the music festival is an exciting development for the organization’s entertainment offerings.
“I think it’s a huge step forward,” said Hinds. “It sort of cements Central Oregon as a year-round place for events, and the fairgrounds at the center of that.”
The festival also plans to offer a craft beer hall, a curated wine selection, an array of cuisine from local favorites, ample parking, RV camping and more, according to a press release.
