About Cart: Located right across from the Bank of America in downtown Redmond, Honey and Pine serves a variety of hot and cold coffee options, freezes, smoothies and sweet and savory foods to drive-thru guests. Their signature drinks include Mexican mocha, lavender chai latte and a honeycomb latte. Their food options include maple bars, glazed twists, cookies, fritters and muffins along with sausage egg and cheese bagels.

Your first order should be: Brooke Brown said their brown sugar cinnamon latte or vanilla bean latte were some of their most popular items and were great choices for first-timers. Molly Davies, a barista at Honey and Pine, agreed and added that the dirty chai was also a popular choice, but that they can make whatever customers like.

Fun fact: Brown said she opened the Redmond coffee stand in 2017 while she lived in a yurt without running water and remembered their opening week was exceptionally busy. The coffee stand has continued to be a popular spot for those in search of a quick caffeine buzz and they were able to expand to a second in Bend at 1095 SE Division St. near the Audi dealership. The Bend location is also open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week.
