The venue features indoor and outdoor seating, allowing patrons to enjoy their food outside or in the sports bar. The cart doesn’t have a card reader set up, so customers must pay with cash or Venmo. Employee Johnny Roberts said the cart’s food includes house-made tzatziki sauce with cucumber and baklavas, which cart employees also make from scratch.

Your first order should be: Roberts recommended the super gyro or the Mediterranean chicken wrap for first-time customers. He said the veggie gyro is a great go-to option for local vegetarians.

Fun fact: Mehas grew up around the restaurant business and has worked in it for 22 years. He got his start in Bend and recently opened up his truck in Redmond. Mehas said he likes the local, community feel of Redmond better than the more touristy culture of Bend.
