Rock painting: For ages 5 and up. The class teaches making small, custom pieces of art with various techniques and styles. Classes are from 5-6:30 p.m. Tuesdays from Oct. 3-24 at the RAPRD Activity Center. The cost is $22.

Thriller dance class: For ages 7 and up. The class teaches dance steps to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” with simple and basic moves. The “zombie” dancers will even get a chance to perform the dance as a flash mob. Classes are from 4:14-5 p.m. Fridays from Oct. 6-27 at the RAPRD Activity Center. The cost is $20.

Get your feet wet: For ages 16 and up. People interested in aquatic programs are asked to bring a swimsuit and towel to this presentation from 9-11 a.m. Oct. 7 at Cascade Swim Center. The wellness coordinator will answer questions about which program is best for each person.
