Jose Robles, Ridgeview soccer — Robles scored two goals in the Ravens’ 8-1 victory against Crook County on Sept. 5.
Female athlete of the week
Rylee Troutman, Ridgeview volleyball — The sophomore had six kills in leading the Ravens to a 25-10, 25-6, 25-7 victory against Madras on Sept. 5.
Game of the week
Girls Soccer, Ridgeview 10, Crook County 0 — Aspen Jeter scored Ridgeview’s first four goals in the Sept. 5 victory, helping the Ravens jump out to a 3-0 start on the season.
What to watch for
Football, Bend at Redmond — Weather permitting, the Panthers look for their first victory of the season against an old rival, possibly for the last time as a league foe. Because of last week’s games being moved, it is expected to be the first home football game of the season for a Redmond team.
