Male athlete of the week
Daniel Maggiora, Ridgeview swimming — Maggiora won the 100-yard backstroke and the 200 freestyle at the Jan. 24 meet in Madras.
Female athlete of the week
Aspen Jeter, Ridgeview basketball — Jeter scored 21 points, helping the Ravens to their first Intermountain Conference victory this season, a 60-44 win Jan. 25 at Mountain View.
Game of the week
Three-way Jan. 26 wrestling meet — Redmond swept Bend schools last week, crushing Summit 42-3 and narrowly beating host Mountain View 40-37. The rescheduled meet came a day after the Panthers defeated Bend High 48-26.
What to watch for
Swimming — Redmond and Ridgeview meet up for the annual R-Town Rivalry at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Cascade Swim Center.
