Whitney Gieschen, Dana Wanamaker, Kim Roberts and Hailey Gieschen, Redmond cross-country — The Panthers relay team finished first in the 15-team Central Oregon Relays, where each runner runs three legs of 0.7 miles.

Boys soccer, Ridgeview 5, Redmond 0 — The victory clinched a home match in the play-in round for the Ravens, who were in second place in Intermountain Conference.

What to watch for

Intermountain Conference Cross Country Championships — The first race of the district meet, where Redmond and Ridgeview runners seek spots in the state meet, is scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at Juniper Golf Course.
