Free Family Workout, Movie: Triumph Fitness, a local gym at 2757 NW Seventh St., is hosting a free community event Jan. 22 at 6 p.m. Families can participate in a Family Workout of the Day and CrossFit-style exercise, which will be followed by a family movie night.
